The ITNEUS has complete copyrights to the source code from the date of publication of the website. However, if you paid for it once, at the same time, you bought complete copyrights to the source code, and you can move your website to another server at any time. Nevertheless, if you use the annual subscription, you can withdraw the copyright of the source code of the website free of charge only after 24 months from the publication date.
If you have paid for the website once, you can transfer your domain to another hosting anytime. If you use the annual plan, the domain transfer option will be possible after 24 months after the website's publication date. *Providing high-quality 12/5 support for your website is only possible if we host it on a web server administered by us.

All Comprehensive Website Plans carry out website maintenance of content updates or changes and customization at your request. Please note that a single request for changes is limited. The website's content is primarily text, graphic elements, imagery, and internal or external links to files or multimedia. Our commercial photography service is part of all plans. However, you are not obligated to use it. If you are not interested, please provide us with the required quality photos for the photographic setting of your new website. Please note that not using this service does not change the plan price. If you do not use the service on the front, you can use the commercial photography service within three months from the website's publication date.
Our logotype graphic design service is part of all plans. However, you are not obliged to use it. Please note that not using this service does not change the plan price and can only be used on the front. If you resign, please provide us with the required quality logo design for your new website.

The photo session should occur at its headquarters if it is about your business. If it takes about your products, you can prepare items for collection, deliver them or enable us to build a temporary minimum 20 m2 portable photo session studio at your location.
The video session should occur at its headquarters or dedicated location if it is about your business. If it takes about your products, you can prepare items for collection, deliver them or enable us to build a temporary minimum 50 m2 portable video session studio at your location.
We avoid using stock photos, but sometimes we use high-quality ones when the realisation of the photo session would be too expensive.

What covering the renewal fee?
The annual renewal fee covers the cost of the domain name renewal and hosting service. It takes place on the anniversaries of the publication of the website. The annual fee will only charge if you have purchased your small Business Website Plan with a once-payment option. If you have chosen a subscription option, your monthly payment includes the renewal fee.
Can I use the logo design project in an outside graphic project?
Regarding the Business and Premium plans, the logo design project is only part of the comprehensive website. However, you can purchase copyrights along with the working file.

What does the 12th business hours mean?
We provide access to Premium technical support as part of the Comprehensive Premium Website Plan. Premium Technical Support is available from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00, with the first response within the 12th business/working hours to your critical incidents after adding a ticket to your customer room online. The non-critical incidents will be proceeding within ten business days.
What does the 24th business hours mean?
We provide access to standard technical support as part of the Comprehensive Small Business Website Plan. Standard Technical Support is available from Tuesday to Friday from 9:00 to 16:00, with the first response within the 24th business/working hours to your critical incidents after adding a ticket to your customer room online. The non-critical incidents will be proceeding within fourteen business days.
What is the renewal fee?
The annual renewal of services is related to the domain name and hosting service and takes place on the anniversaries of the website's publication. The annual fee is charged if you have purchased your website as a one-time option. In the case of the yearly subscription option, the cost of renewing services is included in the monthly fee.

Standard notifications will be processed within three business days, and priority notifications will be processed immediately.

A customer panel is available through which you can submit reports of technical problems and requests for updating data. Priority issues can be reported by phone or e-mail.
